"SMITH'S MUSIC STORE,
Standard Makes of Pianos and Organs
Musical Merchandise, Sheet Music,
21 MAIN STREET,
Warren, O Dec. 1, 1894
Dwight Hine Esq.,
Newton Falls, Ohio
Dear Sir: - Your favor of the 27th rec'd.
Regarding R.D. Miller, get the money Dec. 15th
or take the organ. Regarding Geo Weaver,
I think he does not intend to pay. The
notes were signed on the table in the
kitchen. Weaver and his two girls were
there. The old gentleman called the
little girl up to write for him and
she did so. Mr. Park and myself
were there. Mr. Weaver understood
that his neighbor bought one of these
organs for $75 and he was paying
$75 only in a different way. I was
allowing him $15 for a ton of clover
hay then although it was only worth
$10 This is the first time you
have ever mentioned to me that it
was necessary for a bod to be forth-
coming to sue Weaver. Take the
$50 and a ton of hay if you cannot
do any better. Go and see Weaver
and tell him that you are there to
settle with him and Pete and we
will go through them both if we can
if they do not settle this matter up
with you. If he wont do anything
get your papers ready for a suit.
Send your bond down here if
necessary and I will get a signer.
Yours truly.
