December 5, 1894 letter sent to Dwight Hine from J. H. Robertson of Canton, Ohio.
"D. M. Hine. Esq.
Atty at Law
Newton Falls,
Ohio
Canton, O. 12/5 1894 9 A.M.
Mr. D.M. Hine: Dr. Sir: I just saw the
court case is passed. It will not come
up now before next term of court which
opens Jan. 7. This term adjourns 13-" of this
month. If I thought that they would not
got a continuance I would insisted on going
to trial to-morrow, but it would leave _____
expense for nothing as they would have had
it continued. It will come up early in
January term now & maybe you will be
able to get witnesses on value of property.
I got your letter last night 8. o'clock.
Yours Truly
