remember about the traid that I
made with thoes Villedge lots in Otsega
Villedge in Michigan with Mr. Meyers
I receivid a letter to day from Mr.
Meyres that he had Backed out also
that they had a trial respect the tax
title land in Otsego Villedge &
the title is not good. the trial or lawsuit
was held at detroit. it was their desire that
the land in Otsego Villedge, it was not
sold leagly in the first place.
I wish to have you hold on and not send
the deed for those villedge lots. I am
very Sorrow to here the roos a bout the trail.
I have some prospect of Selling Some
of the land that We have very Soon
& if so I shall have to come down
