Articles of agreement
made and concluded upon by and between
Joshua Wildman of the County of
Columbiana in the State of Ohio and
John Hall of Harrison County in
the Commonwealth of Virginia of the other
part Witnesseth that the said Joshua
Wildman hath this day covenanted
with and sold unto the said John Hall
a tract of Land Containing Ninety three
acres in the County of Harrison and on
the waters of elks on the following terms
to wit one hundred dollars good and
Lawful money of the United States to be paid
on or before the seventeenth day of October in
the year of our Lord one thousand eight
hundred and fourteen and one hundred
good and lawful money as aforesaid
on or before the seventeenth day of October
one thousand eight hundred and fifteen
at which time the said Joshua is made
to the said John Hall a Good and Lawful
deed in fees simple for the Tract of Land
aforesaid without further Cost unto the
said Hall for the true performance of
the several conditions in the foregoing
instrument we each bind ourselves
for the performance of our respective parts in
the final sum of six hundred dollars
