Junior Crafts letter stating conception of Jr. Crafts purpose 1939
Dear [?]
Feeling the need for a
closer union of the younger
women in Warren, a few
of us conceived “Junior
Crafts”- its function pri-
marily to get together in a
working group, its purpose
charity.
We plan to meet the
second Monday of every
month at the Y.W.C.A.
At these meetings we will
make articles which will
be of more than ordinary
interest, to be sold at a
bazaar at the end of
November. Annual dues of
two dollars are to cover the
cost of materials used.
We have chosen the
Rebecca Williams Community
House as very worthy of
our aid as we feel it
embraces such civic wide
interests.
We hope you will find
this as stimulating as we
do and that you will come
to our first meeting on Mon-
day, February 13th at 2 PM
I will call you in a few
days to talk this over with
you.
Sincerely,Acquisition
