Letter from Russell Law to Jean Law. "Thurs 15 Dear Jean Well honey I have time now to write I certainly will be glad to get out of this place it certainly is hole in the wall we don’t do anything but work never have and liberty, was alot to to go the PX one day for soap and toilet article and that all next Thursday we go to the Rifle Range where we learn how to shoot a rifle, we learned alot thing since I been here, if I can remember it they make you learn so fast you don’t know what your all doing tomorrow we have inspection of pack + rifle by an officer we are certainly busy getting ready for this occasion, Boy certainly a hell of a day, Honey what the heck do you have Chuck take you here + there what are you you doing running around with him, I received a letter where he took you to Mackey cleaner I don’t get the connection how did he happen to take you I thought I move you to the Ridge, do get the idea I mad I not I just like to know what going on. Well honey I have to close got go to bed Love Russ"
