Dear Jean,
Hello honey. Well I received another letter after the twenty
five and you was highly piss off. I am really sorry you haven't
receive any letter, but honey, I been so mixed up I really couldn't
write as I explain in my past letter I sent a list fro about
ten days and no letter was mail. I have got good news for you.
I just had some picture I enclosing in two different letter
and I am some small picture of some buddies of (mind) and myself.
These pictures are bad, but (there)our picture anyway, someplace
this place a jacket on jet sunglasses help your eyes out.
I hope you like them all. I have some more big made.
I will receive them on my next liberty. I will send them as soon
as possible. I brought lot of nice gifts, got a present for
Jimmy, and you & you Harold & Ruth little girl. I got myself
a robe. I hope you do mind and I hope you like it. I will send
them soon as I get some more thing for other people. I don't
think I be able to get (everbody). a gift. My money is
plenty low, but I try. I do hope they arrived OK. I will send
them first class mail. Some more good news. I know
now that we are coming home. I don't know how soon, but
I think we will be in the states around the first of
the year. Gee honey I am sure too, you people get
the news we are leaving China, even though some
of us just got here. I love you darling and it is so
easy to write good news for a change. This letter
is going to be short. I can tell you lot about the
city, but I just got in from shopping for the thing
I bought. "Not a bad jew" either. Well, Honey
