Honey, when I open the one letter were

and how much it hurt you I know. Gee,
honey, I really sorry, Jean. I love you so much,
honey, and I don't want to hurt you in any
way. I realize, Jean, you do everything fore
me. You always have as long as I been
married to you. I was in a bad mood, Jean.
So if you will forgive me, I said, I am sorry
again. You letter certainly are wonderful.
Jean, I love you, darling. As long as I live,
Jean. You be the only girl for me. You

Well, honey, it another daying starting here on Okinawa,
another day my heart is being ate out for the want
of you.
Jean, gee, honey, I hope that one letter doesn't
make you hold any thing again me. Over on this
island or any other island. No recreation at all. It
pretty rough trying to control yourself, so I hope
you understand. And those packages I haven't
received any yet. I guess it because we
came on this operation. In time I receive
them.
Well, you tell me how Harold is. I certainly
glad he is home. I give him lot of credit
to be there, very lucky "indeed."
It a shame Dick has to come over again.
Burns me up. Send a marine over here again
with so many men in the service. I can't
understand it, but in this mess it hard
to understand anything.

Had to start this letter again. I wonder
if I make it, I think I will. I had some
work to do yesterday and didn't get a chance
to finish it. Well, I go on with my writing.
Honey, you realize I love writing you
do always have. I have a lot of faith
in you, Jean. Always will have
Well, honey, give the rest of the fold my regards.
Tell the little one I love him, to write again
as soon as possible. You realize I write
as much as I can. I see you soon "I hope".
I wonder if that will ever come again. I
wish I was leaving for that little home
right now. Well, honey, I hope this letter
make you more happy then that one "did."
Love,
Russ
