Dear Son
Enclosed I send you
Land certificate from Pnnry who
wants the note & mortgage in
your hands, with your bill which
my wife will forward to him
and have him remit to her.
Also should like to have you
get something more from Lewis
as we _____ need something to
help along. mothers health con-
tinues poor. I have not been able
to do anything since last visit and
still quite unwell. Julien quite
well but goes to school. hope you
will come up and bring those papers
