I L Fuller Dear Sir
I have to inform you that
I cannot accomodate your
friend _____ with a loan, as
I am negotiating the purchase of
Stocks which if succeed in doing
will exhaust my funds, excepting
what is allready engaged to older applicants
than Mr _____--I have not
ben able to visit your place yet
this spring-have been sick-
since I saw you; and busily
engaged in arranging my offer
in hear-will be in Warren
next if nothing hinders
