Letter to Minnie Bailey from Lucy C. Williamson, Bell-Harmon Relief Corps.
Bell= Harman Relief Corps
No. 58, WRC
Auxilliary to the GAR
Warren, Ohio 5-28. 1901
" Whereas our heavenly father
has seen best to call another of his
son's home,-
Resolved - That we sister of Bell Harman
R.C. do most sincerely sympathize with
the daughter , Mrs. Bailey , so bereft of her
earthly father - but with glad and thankful
hearts, we go with her to our father
in heaven , who tells us that , "The
external God is our refuge - ( in all trouble)
and underneath are the
everlasting arms, " and in prayer
we ask that the peace and comfort
that passeth all understanding
may fill her heart , Most sincerely "
