Dear Jimmie,
it'sa hot day. We were
promised rain but we had
only 10 drops - no rain here
for a month.
In cleaning out Craw & Betty's house
I came a cross 2 of these door knockers.
never been used. When I thought over the
family, you & David & Davie were the
only ones that could use them. I hate
to throw them away & thought, maybe, you
might use it and I'm sending one to Davie
when I get his address from your mother
or you.
I went to the home to see C & B today.
Crawf has lost some weight but phisically
he is fine but he has a hard time talking - just
interest in anything - says yes & no and thats
the conversation.
Your mother calls me often & what
a good time she had on your trip to see
Susan. I came across or picture the other
day when she was 5. I suppose I wouldn't
know her now.
I'm getting along fine and, as of last week
am back to driving after 3 months.
Not doing it more than i have too - will be
having a lazer treatment on one eye soon.
Garrett & Ellen & the kids are on a trip to
Alaska right now - plane ,boat, camping, hike.
the middle of July Garret will be in Japan for a
week. He really gets around.
So sorry about Frank. How is Janet doing?
Knowing her I'm sure she will be fine.
Love
Aunt Jean"Collection
