Document acknowledging a meeting that took place to decide the construction of a road in Liberty. Meeting held at Samuel Dennison's house. Drawing of road on the back. Abraham Adams is the surveyor.
"Liberty April 6th 1829
Pursuant of an order of the trustees
of the Township of Liberty we the undersigned being
called on to View a Township road and meet
at the House of Samuel Dennison's on the 8th day
of October A.D. 1828 and viewed and agreed
that a Township Road be laid out as follows
It's beginning at the Township lines last of
John Wilson ___ ___ agreeable to
the within plot of survey to the Dennison
Road near Geddes Tan Yard and we have
also agreed that the owners of land on said
road had ought to receive no damage.

"We think it best that said road opened thirty feet wide
Minutes of the plot and survey of a Road laid out
this 8th day October 1828 beginning 25 ^(C),, 25 ^(L) North
of the South East Corner of the lot No. 15 of the Township
of Liberty owned and occupied by John Wilson send
and it being also the last line of said Township
and running to 60 (degrees) W 3 ^(C) 70 ^(L) to a stake for a corner
near Wilson's house thence S 93 (degrees) W 10 or to a
stake for a corner thence N 84 (degrees) W 14 4 to a
stake for a corner thence N 43 (degrees) W 17 69 to a stake
for a corner thence South 88 (degrees) W 28 oo to a
stake in the Dennison Road and there to end
agreeable to the order of the trustees said township.
