"Friend Lois:-
Just one
week ago today papa and I
reached our new home We
got things off the car in good
shape in spite of the mud
and without any thing broken
that we have yet found. We
like the place and surround-
ings very well and we seem
to have fine neighbors.
We have a good sized house
and three fair sized barns.
Possibly we may be able to keep
our horses out here we lost
another just the night before we
shipped. Dr. Dunn said it had
