1913 Flood Market St Bridge. Barn floated
down from Perkins Flats & rested against
bridge. Warren Fire Department men went
out on the bridge & set fire to Barn. after it got
to burning they realized that the heat from
the fire was softening the metal stringers
on the bridge. Hence they stood in hipboots
in the watiron market street & poured water
on the fire as this picture shows."Collection
