" Dear Cristine .
your Papa wants you to
come here after him Saturday .
He said if your mother wants
some plums she had better go by
Leavtitsburg and get some Mr. Lewes.
He lives west of Mr. Gilbert on the
southside of the road. I got some
there yesterday. They are small but
are nice when cooked. I paid 75 cts
for a half bushel. She had better start
early if she wants them for we had to
wait until he picked ours. Your aunt Lille
I wish you would bring me down a few
sour apples if Grandma has any. "Location
