Brother SW,
You wrote
here awhile ago and
wanted me to send you
some of the Prof’s Physic.
I have a dose of salts
that he gave us as an
examination list and also
some castor oil that he gave in
class. The latter are under
vibrations of strings
and transmission of sound.
Two strings A & B
Mass Ten Vib length
A 81 lb 225.80 .20 in
B 236” 324.40 find B
A bullet reaches target 12 sec
before sound @ 0 centigrade.
If sound is 18 sec in going
from rifle to target,
how far from rifle to target
and what rate does bullet
trav. Prof said the above
was very simple.
I could send you another
one of those string problems,
but they are easy to make.
As to the problems in the
book, there are not any given
to amount to anything.
We have exam this week and
will send you the list.
Well, this is all the Physic
I have for you now.
So I must quit and
go to translating Courses.Location
