My dear Seneca,
I was not feeling
able to write yesterday so will
write a little this morning
and send you some money ($10)
and let you hear from us at the
usual time. Wilson and I have
both been having some throat
and stomachs aff. but are feeling
better this morning. Guess it is [?cole's}
he did not go to school yesterday
PM. Papa went to Kinsman mill
yesterday. Bought some corn off
Mr. Fry. Going to plow to day. They
plowed three or four days last week,
and Wilson worked for Alex Sat
dragged with the old team.
Examinations begin to day. The
boys are feeling quite happy that
school is so near out. Thurs eve
is the Juniors entertainment and
Fri eve the banquet. We all have
an invitation to that.
Clyde Boyle is very sick with
pneumonia. Sorry to hear you
had another cold. Hope you are
still better of it. Do not let it go
to long without going to the Dr.
A letter from Uncle Joel, informing
Clara has another boy. Three babys
sure. Yes, go to to Troy every time
you tell Aunt Mary. Truman
says he thinks he will have quite
a board bill against you.
Sunday PM. We went to Alex a
little while. I think they are quite
comfortably fixed. Seem to be
getting nicely into _________.
Henry Croach of BurghHill was
buried Sunday. You know he
has had poor health for a long
time. Good by. Let us know
if you get this night
Love from your mother
