Letter to Alfred Kelly of Columbus from Simon Perkins of Warren. Item is two letters together, including one from Kelly to his son about contacting Perkins and one from Perkins to Kelly. Kelly was notable Ohio lawyer. Simon Perkins was postmaster at the time and received free postage. Multiple handwritings on letter.
