Mary Reeves Proctor's wedding dress, worn at her wedding to Charles Proctor in 1929. Worked from a much older dress, probably an heirloom. Scarring on the skirt indicates it was let down. Sides on the bodice were let out. Lace does not appear to be original. The original dress was said to be, by a Vindicator article from June 1, 1929, to be her great-grandma Kinsman's 1840 wedding dress.
