"Abe Williams, Warren right halfback (39) leaps into the air to snare a pass intended for Niles right end Dick Greenfield (20) about a yard inside the far end of the Warren end zone. Williams, who has been clocked at 9.9 for the 100-yard dash, demonstrated his speed a split second later as he roared down the sidelines 109 yards to score Warren's third and final touchdown in the last 10 seconds of the Warren-Niles game Friday night. It was the longest touchdown run ever made by a Harding High School football player."
