The majority of women are dressed for what would be fashionable in the first decade of the 20th century. One woman is wearing a dress that would have been most fashionable in 1897. The one girl is wearing a jacket that could possibly be a jacket from about 1905, but maybe more likely a jacket from the mid 1890s that has no structure to support the sleeves.
