Description

Unidentified man dressed in a suit with bow-tie (possibly Mr. Smart). He is wearing a beard. The photo is mounted in a locket type frame that can be attached to a chain, most likely carried by his wife. The picture has been hand-colored. The outer border of the frame contains iconography of agriculture. The ring attachment has the number "7" stamped into it.
