Series of 4 medium-sized rounded, hexagonal plates of fused glass with multicolored designs depicting a direction and season.
North (winter): Small thin glass image in various shades of blue, depicting a winter scene with a dead tree on the left and small snow-capped mountains on the right. Between the tree and above the mountain range is a horizontal profile of a sleeping human. Above the face is a rain/snow cloud. A silver moon glass piece is fused at the top.
East (Spring): The main image depicts a speckled green frog to the left, a red and pink flower behind it, and a blue hand holding a pink and purple striped shell, set against a background of multicolored sun rays, green hills, and a fused metallic sun behind the panel.
South (Summer): This plate features a sun at the top center of the plate with figural imagery of a person holding a blue sphere details with a heart and clouds taking up the middle section of the plate.
West (Autumn): The plate has an image of a sun attached to the top proper-left corner, and also has images of a distant mountain landscape, a figural form opening a strange door and a river with fish.Collection
