A life-sized diamond face-shaped wood mask depicting a man with a shiny black complexion. There are gold details including eyebrows, painted eyelashes, and stylized hair that leads into curled sideburns and a parted mustache. The hair is decorated with a gold flower centered on the forehead. There are two inset brown glass eyes below cutout eyeholes for the wearer. The mouth is parted with red lips and white and gold teeth. A copper wire and a piece of leather string are attached to the back of the mask. The mask is in excellent condition.Context
