2019.P-G.150Description
A small, square-shaped print in the center of a larger piece of cotton rag paper. It shows a nude woman with her hair tied back and her arms in a variety of poses, interposed on top of each other: reaching out, reaching down, holding, patting, etc. Next to her is a gardener's watering can. The background is completely black, although a circle directly behind her, from her foot to her up-stretched wrist, is a gradient with gray. Around the central plate is the indented impression of a variety of household tools and objects: an alarm clock, a teacup, a hammer and brush, a scale, laundry, a phone, glasses, and a gingerbread man cookie.Context
