Description

A life-sized circle wood mask depicting a Spaniard with an ivory complexion. The stylized umber-brown hair leads into curled sideburns. One inset brown glass eye is looking to the proper left side; the other has fallen out. The cutout eyeholes for the wearer are under the eyebrows. The straight nose is above a curled, parted umber-brown mustache and a curled beard. The mouth is closed. There are remnants of pink and brown details all over the face. A wire is attached to the back of the mask. An overall muddled and faded texture.
