Description

A life-sized diamond-shaped wood mask depicting a woman with a white face. Black hair detailed with incised lines and a centered knot curl. Painted and carved eyes outlined with black eyelashes are under large cutout eyeholes for the wearer and black eyebrows. A red-tipped straight nose is above a simply carved red mouth. Two red circles are on the cheeks. A wire and green rope are attached to the back of the mask. Paint chipping, loss, and abrasion.
