A life-sized round wood mask depicting a smiling man with a beige complexion and peach blush accents on the forehead, nose, ears, and cheeks. There is stylized black hair, sideburns, and a parted mustache. Inset brown glass eyes with attached lashes on the upper lash line, painted lashes underneath, and light brown shading around. The cutout circular eyeholes for the wearer are under black brows. A comically large nose protrudes from the face. The smiling mouth has blush-red lips and white and gold teeth. A small black paint dot is on the proper left diagonal from the bottom lip. Incised lines create wrinkles and a smiling expression. A copper wire is attached to the back of the mask. The mask is in overall good condition except for missing lashes.Context
