Description

A life-sized square repainted Vaquero wood mask depicting a man with a salmon-pink complexion. The black hair is detailed with incised lines and a butter-yellow headpiece. Inset round eyes are outlined with painted black lashes. Two large cutout eyeholes are above the eyes and under black eyebrows. A large, straight nose is above a parted black mustache and a slightly open, red mouth. The chin is painted sky blue. A wire is attached to the back of the mask. There are small cracks and paint loss.
