Small yellow, cut and folded, paper booklet with black and white copy printed images with rainbow colored foil appliques applied. The front cover has a horizontal border of foil applique along the top, with artist doodles and handwriting across the rest of the page. The back cover has a continuation of the doodles on the front, with the foil appliques border curving in the center of the page and descending vertically downwards.
