Description

A 14th degree Scottish Rite pin. The 14th degree of the Scottish Rite system of degrees is most famously denoted by the Hebrew letter "You", which is displayed in the center of a right-side up triangle. The white triangle is inlaid over an upside-down black triangle, which denotes several meanings. First, and most recognizably, this pin denotes the Star of David. The use of white and black denotes opposite, yet connected forces.
