Description

Large figural vase in the shape of a deer laying next to a tree stump. The whole work is glazed with mottled brown. The deer is facing to the left with wide eyes. The antlers are broken off. There is rough, extruded ceramic clumps attached to the base and the top of the deer's head, represent grass and fur respectively. The tree stump is hollow, acting as a bud vase.
