Description

White ceramic cream pitcher. One side is transfer printed in pink with a scene showing three young children holding hands while standing in front of a headstone. There is a small basket of flowers in front of the children and a man’s top hat overturned on the ground behind the children. There is a chapel in the background and flowers around the edges. The bottom of the illustration is labeled “The Mother's Grave.“ The other side is printed with a scene showing a young woman holding a baby with a young child standing behind her. They are shown beside yard or meadow, in front of some large rocks and trees. The illustration is labeled “The Orphans” The shoulder and top edge are striped with lines of pink luster.
