Description

White ceramic tea cup with no handle. One side is transfer printed in pink with a scene showing three young children holding hands while standing in front of a headstone. There is a small basket of flowers in front of the children and a man’s top hat overturned on the ground behind the children. There is a chapel in the background and flowers around the edges. The bottom of the illustration is labeled “The Mother's Grave.“ The other side is printed with a scene showing a young woman holding a baby with a young child standing behind her. They are shown beside yard or meadow, in front of some large rocks and trees. The illustration is labeled “The Orphans”
