Downhill skis with poles and climbing strips. The skis have leather boot straps, and each is marked with prick points that read, "MAR 40". One ski is marked "855", "Montpelier Rainier", "614", "HICKORY", and "777". The other is marked "Austronia" and "Mount Ranier". The poles are made of aluminum with leather grips and straps. There are aluminum rings at the bottom with leather strapping and crooked points at the tips. The climbing straps are made of black corduroy with heavy white twill straps attaching them to the skis.Context
