Description

Wooden sign with the gold-painted inscription, "WHITE-RIVER-BRIDGE, LOTTERY OFFICE." The sign consists of a half-circle above a rectangle. The whole is painted black and textured with sand. At the center of the sign is a painting of a cornucopia tilting downward to pour coins into an upturned top hat. The sign is framed with a narrow piece of wood.
