Green glass wine bottle with gold foil on the neck. The bottle has a paper label showing a winter sugaring scene with the label "Vermont Wineries / Vermont State Maple Wine" in large green and gold lettering. The bottom of the label reads, "Chill Before Serving / MADE AND BOTTLED BY / VERMONT WINERIES, INC. / DANBY, VERMONT 05739 / ALCOHOL 12% BY VOLUME" in dark green lettering. The base of the bottle is stamped from the mold, "4/5 QUART" four times around the bottom edge.
