Brass token or coin. One side is molded with images of four buildings above a central banner and flooded building in water below the banner. The banner reads, "WATERBURY, VERMONT BICENTENNIAL". The other side of the token is molded with the inscription, "SOUVENIR MONEY REDEEMABLE FOR 50c IN TRADE BY THE WATERBURY, VT. BICENTENNIAL COMMITTEE ON OR BEFORE JULY 3, 1963 / NOT TO BE IN LIEU OF LAWFUL MONEY OF THE UNITED STATES".Context
