Description

Straight-hemmed double breasted waistcoat. The front the waistcoat is light blue-green silk with vertical white stripes and sprigged with brocaded flowers in pink, blue, and silver. There are two rows of 8 self-fabric-covered buttons and two pockets at the waist, and the waistcoat has a shawl collar. The back is a single layer of white linen with pieces of linen tape attached for adjusting the fit: two aligned with the bottom of the armscyes and two at the waist.
