Bronze medal of award showing a bust of George Washington in military dress with the inscription, "WASHINGTON" at the top, and the Washington coat of arms flanked by the dates 1732 and 1932 at the bottom. The other side show a woman in a toga holding a torch and sword with an eagle on her shoulder and the inscription "PROCLAIM LIBERTY THROUGHTOUT ALL THE LAND".
