Description

Gold commemorative medal consisting of a bar and medallion. The bar has the inscription, "SOUVENIR". The round medallion hangs from the bar by two eye rings and shows an image of a monument with a man on a standing horse and the inscription, "UNVEILING OF GRANT MEMORIAL, APRIL 27, 1922". The other side shows a bust of General Grant with the inscription, "CENTENNIAL ANNIVERSARY OF GEN. GRANT'S BIRTH".
