Blue silk flag painted with a ring of 25 5-pointed stars around a central white medallion. The medallion is printed with a design of a bald eagle with an American shield on its chest, holding a ribbon that reads, "E PLURIBUS UNUM". Beneath the eagle are the words, "VERMONT. REGT. NO. 13".

The flag of the 13th Vermont Regiment, carried by Washington Fiske during the Mexican-American War.
