Membership ribbon consisting of an ornate gold bar, a yellow ribbon, and a gold medallion. The bar has the inscription, "28th NATL. ENCPMT. SEPT. 1884" and the monogram WRC. A yellow satin-woven ribbon is looped over a wire on the back and stitched in place, leaving the opposite ends loose. Two small chains connect a large medallion framed with sun rays and a laurel wreath. At the center is the coat of arms of Pennsylvania. The back of the medallion reads, "SOUVENIR PRESENTED BY CITIZENS EXECUTIVE BOARD PITTSBURGH".Context
