Clear glass medicine bottle with a paper label that says, "MEMPHREMAGOG Diarrhaea [sic] Dysentery CORDIAL. [Further uses and instructions included.] Prepared by J.Y. GREEN, Pharmacist, 23 Main Street, NEWPORT, VT. PRICE, 25 CENTS PER BOTTLE." The other side of the bottle has the molded inscription, "EST. 1863 J.Y. GREEN'S PHARMACY 23 MAIN ST. NEWPORT, VT." with the molded image of a mortar and pestle.
