Bonnet covered with olive green silk velvet. The brim is decorated with pleats of self fabric lined in corded silk taffeta. It is embellished with ostrich feathers and black lace. The interior of the brim is decorated with pleated cream-colored silk. There are two wide velvet bands that hang from the center back, and two silk ribbons that tie under the wearer's chin.Context
