Description

Two rolled files or bill carriers. Each file consists of a long, narrow piece of leather with folds at the top and bottom. They are each slit periodically across the center to hold a tie use to keep them rolled. One roll is marked, "C Rockwell Cornwall Vt". The other roll was filled with bills upon receipt, transferred to the archive.
