Description

This is a quilted winter bonnet or hood, which features an exterior fabric that is purple with a subtle white windowpane pattern. The lining of the bonnet is a bold pink-and-black large-scale plaid. The brim of the bonnet extends at the bottom, reaching past the wearer's shoulders, and the tail is also long. Both the brim and crown of the bonnet are quilted with diagonal channels. The tail is quilted only along the hem in four horizontal channels, which adds structure to the tail. The lining is not quilted. The front edge of the brim is turned back and tacked in place. Finally, there are black ribbons that tie under the chin.
