Description

Rectangular black leather case that unfolds to reveal several interior compartments. The main compartment is a leather-covered tin box with dividers that contains a miniature basket made from a hazelnut, two combs, an emery book, a crochet hook, and a glass needle. The two other sections of the case consist of central straps stitched at regular intervals to create channels, and protective flaps at the top and bottom. The case secures with a round brass clasp. To open, the center button is pulled downward with no key.
