Empire-style sideboard with gilded banding and large, hair paw feet. It is veneered with shiny mahogany. The front has two side cabinets and a central bar cabinet. It is stamped in several places with the mark, "G. P. Marsh". Handwritten in chalk on the inside of the case are the labels "Burlington, VT", " April 28" and "Buy/Wm. H. Livingston."Context
